Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, mobile number and business details you enter during signup or in workspace settings. Business data: projects, expenses, buildings, flats, sales and payment records you create inside your workspace. Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

To provide and support the service, to authenticate you, to enforce plan limits, to send transactional messages about your account or subscription, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never stored by us. We retain only the payment reference, amount, plan and status needed for invoicing and activation.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Workspaces are separated by row-level security so that only members of a workspace can read its data. Uploaded site and flat photos are served through signed, expiring links.

We keep workspace data while your account exists. You can request a copy or deletion of your workspace data by writing to admin@mysiteflow.in; deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, except where records must be retained for tax or legal reasons.
