MySiteFlow is a subscription web application that lets construction firms manage projects, site expenses, flat inventory, sales and collections inside a private workspace. Each customer workspace is isolated; data entered by one customer is not visible to another.

You must provide accurate business and contact details when creating a workspace. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The workspace owner controls which team members are invited and what they can access.

Plans (Gold, Platinum, Enterprises) are prepaid for the duration selected at checkout. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank credentials on our servers.

Access to paid features is unlocked once the payment is captured and remains active until the expiry date shown in the app. If a plan expires, the workspace is locked until it is renewed; your data is retained and becomes available again on renewal.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access another customer's data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms or that is used fraudulently.

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you for the current term.
